For the statutory part, the software contains the I Form Register,J Form Register, Share Register, Fixed Assets Register, Nomination Register, Investment Register an Mailing List. The application has templates of ready made letters for the daily use in the society. Society Managers can manage the Complaints they receive from residents, they can scan documents like Share Certificates, Agreement copies, Incoming Letters and any other important documents and make it a paperless office. Society Office bearers can even keep a track of every member’s servant, maid, driver, tenant details including photographs which is mandatory for security reasons.
To bring in better security and transparency for the interest of the stakeholders, the software provides with the option of creating multiple user accounts with needed work access. It provides better accountability and safety against manipulations. The application incorporates audit trail feature that keeps a track record of everything modified and deleted.
